Barefoot Connections™ products are 100% fully arranted by the manufacturer against any out-of-the-box defects. Such defects in product or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Simply call or email for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Except to repair or replace a defective product, Earthing Products are personal bedding items and are may not be returned for a refund.
